Yoga for Peaceful Sleep
with Ashley Litecky

Engaging in movement before bedtime is a great way to begin the process of winding down before sleep. Experience deep yogic breathing and postures that facilitate a calm and relaxed mind and pave the way for a restful night’s sleep.

The Garden as a Path to Peace with Ashley Litecky

Explore Gaia's medicinal herb gardens and learn about the healing properties of local plants. In addition to identifying plants, we will explore their traditional energetic uses using the Five Elements. After identifying key themes, participants will chose a plant and engage in meditation, partnering with this plant for their meditation journey.

Finding Peace through Food With Ashley Litecky and Susan Kohm

Food is powerful tool for healing. In this workshop we will explore our relationship with food and how what we choose to eat, and how we eat can reveal deep seated needs and desires.  Learn simple approaches to healthful eating and how to create a loving and life-affirming relationship with your food and yourself.

Developing Psychic Awareness With Jennifer

Each of us has the innate capacity to offer and receive information and guidance from beyond the five senses.  In this workshop, Jennifer will discuss the importance of protection, and how to receive protection from your angels and guides.  Through the processes of meditation and utilizing tools from nature, you will practice bringing in wisdom from your body's higher energy centers, and guides, to better understand yourself, your current life situations, and how to achieve the results your soul desires.

Guided Healing Seminar With Jennifer

Through the process of guided meditation, gifted medium and intuitive, Jennifer, will lead you through past lives, present situations, how to heal the self and relationships in this life.  After writing down your meditation, Jennifer will guide participants through an exercise designed to anchor this healing into the body and mind.

The Fundamentals of Aromatherapy
With Ashley Litecky

Essential oils have been used throughout human history for their powerful fragrant and medicinal powers.  Learn about medicinal, emotional, and spiritual properties of essential oils.  Participants will then make their own essential oil blend to support their unique journey.

Art as Ally with Susan Kohm

Just as yoga is an avenue for connecting with the wisdom of the body, art can open a dialogue with your highest Self. What support do you need in your life right now? What is it time to let go of? A delicious mixture of drawing and guided meditation uncovers the answers that are waiting inside of you.
