Overview:
Slip into the tropical beauty, magical paradise,
and tranquil atmosphere of Costa Rica. Take a mid-summer reprieve from the
arduous complexities of life and experience the joy of personal transformation
through exhilarating yoga, wellness and meditation classes with renowned
teachers Ashley Sky and HawaH.
Fill your senses with leisurely rafting trips down mystical rivers, observing
flora and fauna, mimicking the movements of a multitude of aquatic birds,
monkeys, sloths and reptiles such as iguanas, basilisks, crocodiles and turtles
through yoga practices in national rainforests. Waterfall excursions and
volcano visits are interwoven into spacious, relaxed days of yoga, wellness and
meditation classes.
This is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy the support of
community and meet new people, for families with children, and couples who
desire a romantic get-a-way. It promises to provide a perfect balance and
introduction for those new to yoga, and also an opportunity for the experienced
practitioner to take their practice to the next level.
EcoWeek, Costa Rica is delighted to sponsor this
retreat as part of their larger initiative of expanding awareness and
celebrating Costa Rica’s biological and cultural diversity. To learn more
